1. How much does it cost to make a custom closet or wardrobe?
The cost depends on the amount of material, the size of the room, and the customer’s individual preferences. We always calculate the price including delivery and installation.

It takes from a few hours to a few days, depending on the size of the room and the amount of material to be installed.

3. Do you provide the design for free?
Yes, we provide the design for free. Once the client sends us their room measurements and preferences, we prepare a personalized project and suggest the best possible layout. The consultation includes discussing configuration options, selecting sections, providing a price estimate, and answering any questions. We strive to make the process as clear and pressure-free as possible, so the client can make an informed decision with confidence.

4. Is delivery and installation included in the price?
Yes, delivery and installation are included. We always quote the full price upfront — no hidden fees.

5. Is a deposit required?
No deposit is required. Payment is made only after the materials are delivered and installed — on the same day.

6. What materials do you use?
We use durable melamine-coated particle board (white laminated pressed wood).

7. Can the closet be customized for non-standard spaces?
Yes, we can customize the structure to fit any space — including attic areas, angled walls, corners, and other non-standard layouts.

8. Can I choose the color, shelf layout, and handles?
Shelf layout can be customized. Color is available only in white. Shelves are standard, but you can choose the width (from 20 to 31 inches), and we can trim them if needed to fit your space.

9. What warranty do you provide?
We offer a 2-year warranty.

10. What do you need to get started?
We need the room measurements. Once we create the design and calculate the total cost (including materials, delivery, and installation), and if everything works for you, we’ll need your full name, address, phone number, and email to process the order and schedule the installation date.

11. Do you work on weekends?
Yes, if needed, we can work on weekends — on Saturdays, and on Sundays by arrangement.

12. What is your service area?
We provide services in several states: Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Indiana, and Illinois. Typically, we operate within a 350-mile radius from Troy, Ohio. If your location is within this range, we will be happy to discuss your custom project, as well as delivery and installation options.

13. How long does it take to complete a closet system from start to finish?
If the client sends us a sketch or drawing of the room with measurements, we promptly create a custom design. Once the project is approved by the client, we aim to complete the delivery and installation within 2 to 7 days. Alternatively, we can schedule the installation for a later date that is convenient for the client.

14: What is your process for working with new clients?
When a new client contacts us, we ask them to send a simple drawing of the room — showing the length, height, depth, and distances from corners, doors, and windows. This can be a quick hand-drawn sketch; the most important part is that the measurements are approximately accurate.

Even if the dimensions are off by an inch or so, it won’t affect the quality of the installation. We know how to adjust and make sure the system fits the space perfectly.

Based on this sketch, we create a personalized 3D project and propose the most practical layout. Along with the design, we send a full quote that includes materials, delivery, and installation. This service is free and comes with no obligation.

We also send links to our Facebook and Instagram pages, where clients can see photos of our completed projects and get a better idea of the style and quality of our work.

If the client likes the design, we schedule an installation date that is convenient for them. In most cases, we’re able to deliver and install within 2 to 7 days depending on availability and distance. Payment is only made after installation and can be done via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, check, or cash — whichever is most convenient.

Our design process is simple and convenient:
