No deposit is required. Payment is made only after the materials are delivered and installed — on the same day.

We use durable melamine-coated particle board (white laminated pressed wood).

Yes, we can customize the structure to fit any space — including attic areas, angled walls, corners, and other non-standard layouts.
8. Can I choose the color, shelf layout, and handles?
Shelf layout can be customized. Color is available only in white. Shelves are standard, but you can choose the width (from 20 to 31 inches), and we can trim them if needed to fit your space.

We offer a 2-year warranty.
10. What do you need to get started?
We need the room measurements. Once we create the design and calculate the total cost (including materials, delivery, and installation), and if everything works for you, we’ll need your full name, address, phone number, and email to process the order and schedule the installation date.

Yes, if needed, we can work on weekends — on Saturdays, and on Sundays by arrangement.
12. What is your service area?
We provide services in several states: Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Indiana, and Illinois. Typically, we operate within a 350-mile radius from Troy, Ohio. If your location is within this range, we will be happy to discuss your custom project, as well as delivery and installation options.

If the client sends us a sketch or drawing of the room with measurements, we promptly create a custom design. Once the project is approved by the client, we aim to complete the delivery and installation within 2 to 7 days. Alternatively, we can schedule the installation for a later date that is convenient for the client.

When a new client contacts us, we ask them to send a simple drawing of the room — showing the length, height, depth, and distances from corners, doors, and windows. This can be a quick hand-drawn sketch; the most important part is that the measurements are approximately accurate.
Even if the dimensions are off by an inch or so, it won’t affect the quality of the installation. We know how to adjust and make sure the system fits the space perfectly.
Based on this sketch, we create a personalized 3D project and propose the most practical layout. Along with the design, we send a full quote that includes materials, delivery, and installation. This service is free and comes with no obligation.
We also send links to our Facebook and Instagram pages, where clients can see photos of our completed projects and get a better idea of the style and quality of our work.

In most cases, we’re able to deliver and install within 2 to 7 days depending on availability and distance. Payment is only made after installation and can be done via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, check, or cash — whichever is most convenient.
